① Check whether the drive works in REM mode (see the display in the upper left corner)
② Check whether the running indicator at the upper left corner of the driver panel is steady on. If it is steady on, it indicates that the speed has been started
③ Check the P140 parameters and whether the DI status has input signals and is corresponding to the start signal terminal

③ Check whether the conversion value (or voltage/current signal) corresponding to the AI changes with the adjustment of the given end

Check if the bus voltage is higher than 700V during shutdown. If you want a shorter shutdown time, connect the brake resistor.

① The acceleration and deceleration time is set too short to extend the deceleration time
② Check whether the rated parameters of the motor are consistent with the motor nameplate

Check that the driver output has a series contactor, and if so, ensure that the contactor is absolutely closed during the driver operation. Check whether the cable at the output end of the driver is damaged or whether the field environment is wet and insufficient insulation. In this case, use an insulation test instrument to check and confirm. If no exception is found, set the P1324 leakage protection function =0 (select action for ground fault) to no action to check whether the driver runs normally.

You can RESET the fault by pressing the RESET button (a multi-function key) in the upper left corner of the control panel or by cutting off the power supply for a period of time. When the fault has been rectified, the motor can be restarted.
